Hi, and welcome to Be Kuhl and Live Balanced. I’m Coach Bri.
I started this business because I wanted to create more than just a place to work out. I wanted a community, an environment that feels fun, encouraging, and empowering, where you can show up as you are and still make real progress. Because building a strong, confident body is incredible, but the bigger win is creating a lifestyle you’re actually excited to live.
My own journey taught me that results don’t come from extremes, they come from consistency, a plan that fits your real life, and having support when motivation isn’t high. With my background in Exercise Science, I’m a big believer in coaching that’s both science-backed and realistic, and I’m always learning because there’s always more to know about what actually works long term.
My passion is helping women build strength, feel confident, and create balance through training that makes sense, nutrition they actually enjoy, and accountability that keeps you moving forward even when life gets busy.
When I’m not coaching, you can find me with my two dogs (sometimes fostering another or dog sitting), planning my next trip to the mountains, spending time with friends and family, or hunting down a really good coffee spot and a meal that makes me want to come back again.

I’m a big believer that you shouldn’t have to choose between getting strong and taking care of your body. A lot of people come into coaching with old injuries they never fully addressed, or movement patterns that have been compensating for years, and then they wonder why certain lifts don’t feel right or why aches keep showing up.
That’s why I refer clients out to a physical therapy specialist I trust, and when it makes sense, we work side by side. PT helps us understand what’s really going on, clean up movement, and build stability, and I’ll adjust your training plan around that so everything works together. When your body moves well, training feels better, progress comes easier, and confidence goes way up because you’re not pushing through pain or second guessing every rep. The goal is simple: keep you training safely, feeling capable, and getting stronger for the long run.
